I visited this particular store to buy a pair of trousers. The particular pair I found were a sales item which I tried on in a dark fitting room. When I returned home I noticed that someone had attempted to clean off a bad stain which was on the bottom of both legs. I decided to return the garment to be met by sales assistants who were extremely rude when I brought it to their attention and abruptly stated that they had a no exchange or return policy on all clothing and pointed to a small notice on the counter, which was not easily seen. If they have a no return policy then the trousers were their stock, which reflects badly by selling defective items without informing that they were soiled. I would think that any reputable company would not have a policy such as this unless they intend to sell defective clothing. Therefore beware buying clothes in this store- I will certainly steer clear of this store...

People of color, beware. My cousin took me on a three-day girls' getaway for my birthday. I decided to stop in this shop. They have adorable clothes, but I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I asked one of the sales associates about the size of a jumpsuit I saw and if I could try it on. The first thing that came out of the associate's mouth was we have a no-return policy. I had been in the store for a while, and other people were looking around; I couldn't understand why she needed to say that to me. I can’t help but think that she told me that because of my skin color because I didn’t recall hearing her say that to anyone else. I did buy the jumpsuit, but I regret it because I felt profiled. Very rude and snotty staff. Nice things but hard to get past the atrocious customer service. The things here are not much different than you can find in a Hobby Lobby store. There are so many friendly places on the island that I would patronize before ever going back here. ---UPDATE: I even followed up with the owner, and unfortunately their response only proved the validity of my original review.
