This lady I guess is on the phone frustrated. So, she responded to me with irritation and carelessness to hear me out and understand me. If you're going South on Bridge St there's no signage about where to pull in for flatbed deliveries. So, as I'm trying to explain, I don't have a spotter to back out on Bridge St. To go around to the back from Lathrop St. She responds, "Well that's what we have signs for.", then walks away. Worst run dealer I’ve ever seen first bought a brand new F650 and brake and clutch had put body on , pto had loud grinding noise every time it went in, brought back 3 times, finally persuaded them to replace pto after 3 times. Then bought a brand new diesel Denali pickup , dealer send to b&c to put plow on, they put truck side on and said I’d have the plow side in one week. 4 weeks later I went up to get plow and Jeff tried to tell me he gave control with truck side. Had to call dealer to have him tell Jeff that there was no controller when the truck was picked up, so he finally gave me one and the plow...

The team of Tech Joe Lavoie Service Manager, Steve Duke and Lou LaVoie have saved me on a number of occasions but most recently outdid themselves My winch bit the dust while I was I. A very precarious position and was in desperate end of a quick solution These guys have come to know me and know how much my business relies upon my equipment.

They were able to canibalize and cobble together parts from another winch to get me back up and running within a day!
