1925 at the Hawthorne — Local services in Salem

Cute shop but the worker was super rude. They advertised everywhere about a free gift and a discount in light of a titanic occasion happening in the Hawthorne Hotel. Obviously we were interested but when asking her about it she was unpleasant and wouldn’t answer us on what it meant. She finally scoffed well the gift is a postcard but I need to see identification that you’re actually attending the event. When looking around she’d come by and ask us to move out of the way. After all this we didn’t even feel welcomed. We left empty handed and disappointed. Super confused on what happened since it seems to have such a good reputation. Working in customer service myself I hope she has an attitude adjustment. Doesn’t matter how good a product is, it can be ruined by a worker acting so...
