Where do I even begin! Long story short our friends all got their engagement rings from here so when it was time for me to get engaged my now husband ran right to Naser in Salem, NH! The second my now husband walked in he truly felt at home he didn’t feel pressured at all. This was a really big moment as it’s a forever purchase and they made the process so easy. Ryan said it was truly the most amazing customer service and they all felt like family to him. Now fast forward I got my engagement ring and it was just breathtaking I could not believe how much of an unbelievable job they did! I had to go into the store and get it resized and I just can’t even explain the first interaction with this amazing family I truly felt at home. They helped me with everything and I had my ring back in two days which to me is just amazing customer service. They shine my ring for me whenever I go in and just make you feel important no matter what silly thing you bring into them. We went back and had custom bands made….. if you ever need a custom piece Naser seriously will blow your mind. My husband wanted a claddah ring like his fathers and they made one that the whole family now wants. They somehow made me look like a ring hero because all of the family was just so impressed with what Naser pulled off my husband is picky and they just nailed it. It is an amazing feeling to have your husband a month later staring at his hand and just in awe over how much he loves his ring because you don’t see that too often. Now comes my ring it was important for me to have a matching stone with my husband we wanted emeralds in our bands and what they created for me just exceeded all my expectations. I seriously get emotional thinking of how they listened and made us both the rings of our dreams. If you don’t know where to go or where to start I am telling you Naser is the right place for you. You will walk out of there feeling like you have a new jewelry family but also with the ring or jewelry piece of your dreams. I went to Naser’s in the fall of 2019 for a girls day with my Mom and Aunt to see what kind of ring I’d like one day. I didn’t expect to find the ring, just get an idea. But Dawn was so sweet and helpful I ended up falling in love with a ring and Naser’s! I spoke with Elie about pricing for diamond sizes. He was so down to earth and honest. We knew regardless of the ring, we wanted Naser’s to be apart of our story. All of us walked away saying how nice and helpful Dawn and Elie were, and overall beaming from our experience.

2020 has been weird, but my boyfriend proposed to me this November, making for the most magical weekend. And when I saw the ring, I mean obsessed doesn’t begin to describe it. I found out the ring I had picked out had been sold, so he worked with Dawn and Elie to have it designed. It is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I stare, take pictures, videos, and stare some more. I wouldn’t change a single thing, my fiancé and Naser’s absolutely knocked it out of the park!! I was told Elie received a diamond knowing it was bigger than planned, but thought it would speak to my fiancé. I couldn’t be more thankful for Elie’s thoughtfulness and eye for sheer beauty. This ring could not have been any more perfect. Every time I look down at my hand I feel so blessed to have my now fiancé, and am so lucky he went to Naser’s!!

If you are looking for a jeweler look no further! It is so hard to come by genuine people that are not only talented at what they do but genuinely care! From start to finish my experience was amazing! I was referred to them by a friend and I will keep that referral going! I walked in knowing my wedding ring and band needed some work but unsure of exactly how much work and from the moment I stepped in Eli took the time out to talk with me and explain the process! He was very thorough and honest and I left my ring with him for to take a better look at it to ensure an accurate evaluation. I couldn’t even believe it when I heard from him a couple days later with the results and how he can help I was expecting at least week or after thanksgiving! After he explained it to me he went through step by step on how to fix my ring and put my mind at ease he even explained how he was going to work on it all day on Monday to make sure he gets it done by thanksgiving, I couldn’t even believe it!
