I guess burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.
I bought a full movie lounger sactional and pillowsac. I ordered deep u-drinks, started paying for them, didn't see them for six months. The lounger looked too much like a bed in my living room so I re-arranged it to make a chaise and sofa, but I needed to buy another $300 worth of stuff to make it work. I was reluctant to order a deep side and cover based on the last experience, but the salespeople assured me it was an isolated incident and it wouldn't happen again. I've been paying for the deep side and cover for almost six months, but guess what, I haven't seen it, and no one can give me any tracking info. Big surprise. This is how they do business. Then the stuff that I did get was defective when I finally got it. I'm on my third squattoman cover, because they keep ripping in the first month. What the heck? In their defence, this third cover does look a bit more durable than the last two and has lasted a few weeks so far. The rest of the cushions on the sactional are starting to flatten and warp after 18 months, and they don't fluff easily. The pillowsac is holding up well though.
My husband really likes it, but I don't see what's so great about it for the price, and the fact that it hasn't been a complete set in a year, and doesn't have the durability it appeared to is not a good value...

I called the tech line and was scheduled with a visit with the local branch. However, there was a mistake in the meeting and it was set to be in person rather than remote. Fortunately, Ethan went above and beyond and was able to arrange a facetime call so he could address our situation. He helped figure out which pieces I had wrong, explained how to fix the arrangement, and also provided shipping labels and coordinated a return. Ethan followed up with directions the following Monday, and the units were shipped back to Lovesac on Tuesday. Ethan also, coordinated the delivery of the replacement pieces for the following Friday. Overall, I am very happy with the experience as the support team was willing to address my issues and were extremely flexible in doing so. Also, not only did they make the return process easy, they continued to follow up to ensure I received my correct units. If you are in doubt on making the purchase, trust in Ethan at the Rockinham NH branch and you won't regret it. Read moreMy husband and I have had our eye on the LoveSac sectional for awhile now. While a bit pricy, the fact that it can all come apart to be moved is a huge selling point for us as we're trying to get a comfortable and large couch into our finished basement that has a very steep and small spiraling staircase to get there. We finally popped into the mall to visit the store. We worked with Manny (Emanuel), who was extremely helpful! Manny was so friendly, kind, and patient. He guided us through all the options we had, made sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for, and then helped us through the ordering process. He also discussed all of the the upgrades and things we can always do at a later date, like adding to the overall layout, changing the color, changing cushions, and so on! It was all SO easy and relatively quick! He also made sure to give us space to discuss privately before we went ahead and ordered.
