HomeGoods had a large selection of some very nice items. I was looking for a concrete "Sitting Buddha" and I was having one heck of your time finding it at a reasonable price anywhere. However I found a few different Buddhas here and they seem to be of excellent quality (not hollow shells and had a nice smooth texture). The price on the Buddhas were only $39. 99! There is also a wide variety of really nice carpets that were displayed beautifully on hanging hooks so you can see the whole rug and its size very easily. They have brand name carpets that are more than half of their original price, even the designer brand name LARGE area rugs had a very 'modest" comfortable price on them. I was very surprised to see a store filled with so many different items displayed so beautifully and cleanly. I will definitely be going back. There's something for everyone! Read moreWent here today only to get discriminated by the "management" team when I was returning with my e-receipt. I don't understand why the e-receipt is even an option for them when it is not treated as a receipt??? Anyone experience this too? If their system isn't able to verify it, they need an upgraded pos or don't offer it at all. I don't know who carries around paper receipts anymore. I paid with the TJmaxx credit card....your store's credit card!!!! Geesh all this for 12.99 y'all! Anyways I bought bunch of Halloween stuff because that was my intention... when I look back at this experience, it's sad I'm still shopping here. 🤦♀️ but never will be shopping in this HG Salem again.

There isn't much customer service on the floor, you always seem to have to hunt someone down if you need help, once in a while you will see an associate on the floor, and they will acknowledge you otherwise you are on your own. ...
