i came in to get some septum rings early this week and the lady who was working was so nice!!! (i believe her name was Bree?) she helped me pick out two pieces and i'm extremely happy with them!! i loved the service and knowledge the staff had so much that i came in a couple days later to get a threadless nose stud. the man who was working was a bit busy and i trusted his opinion with picking my gemstone size. after putting it in, it was a bit too big for my preference. i got in contact with the stores general manager the next day and she was so kind and understanding!! i came back in and she helped me get something i absolutely love!! the staff here are truly so welcoming and i'm so so excited to come in for more pieces in the future! their information, compassion, product quality, and prices are so great; this will definitely be my number one store...

Terrible! I bought 2 sea turtle and 2 cubic zirconia Marilyn Monroe's fur buy 1 get 2nd 1/2. She put the 4 in the lil tray. I use my card to pay. $36 I get to the car and just find that they didn't put the other sea turtle one. In the lil bag! I will never be back. I don't know if the cashier who was very nice took it as she feels has a sea turtle tat or what but I just get ripped off for another perching. Then to top it off, no phone # to call. We were in a hurry as we had an important appt and I couldn't go back in. No email! And they don't give a receipt unless it's email or text and I don't like...
