Bath & Body Works — Local services in Salem

Went into today. Usually can't afford extra stuff like fragrance. But I started a new job and wanted to smell nice. I work with brides so it's important I smell good and maybe able to give reccomendations of stuff if our store doesnt have what theyre looking for. I was looking for a perfume wasnt sure what i would like. And I was helped and although they didn't have many perfume options I was shown a body spray for about $19. Champagne toast. That's is a number 1 seller. And I absolutely loved it. I do fs see myself coming back for this specific scent and mist. Unfortunately there wasn't any shower scrub. Only a shimmer spray and two lotions. And it was buy three get 1 free. I couldn't see myself needing that much lotion and shimmer spray or mist...the shimmer spray was super tempting though. ik if it sits for about a year the fragrance starts to smell off and not right. As I've had products as a teenager. So I just got the one product. And customer service was great with the lady who helped me find something that i wanted to become part of my everyday routine. I didn't catch her name....

Such a great experience! I went today to stock up on shower gel, and Michael was so incredibly helpful, attentive and made it such a great experience. He suggested new scents, including Gingham Legend which I ended up getting for my nephew. He also mentioned a pickup option at the store, which I didn't know about, and he mentioned the upcoming semi-annual sale. I could tell he really cares about all of his customers, and making sure they have a positive experience. He was SO knowledgeable about all of the products, I will for sure go back to this location for all of...

The employees at this location are young, judgemental, clicky, but most of all rude. The more seasoned women at the Willamette Town center mall location are way nicer. They handle returns and little mistakes with a much friendlier attitude. If I could choose between the two locations the women at Willamette Town Center have it all. The girls at Center St. Mall lack life experience, empathy and humor. Unfortunately Willamette Town Center location is still closed. Im going to drive to the Woodburn Outlet Mall next time.
