Worst jewelry shop ever! This guy is a complete scam!!! Please if you want to save yourself the headache of him ruining your jewelry, do not waste your time and money! I asked for a simple service of putting in a few crystals on a few pieces of jewerly and asked if he had the pieces to do the work. The girl that works with him walked over to him to ask and came back and confirmed - they asked me to come back in one hour. I came back to pick up my jewelry as soon as I layed eyes on the work that had been done I panicked. I noticed he had put some yellow tone "crystals" that were completely dull and stood out like sore thumb that they were probably made out of plastic or some cheap material. Those "crystals" were also so much smaller than the rest and were put on crooked. I tried to nicely tell him that the work he had done was not good and I couldnt pay for a service like that. I was expecting him to apologize and not charge me as you could tell with the naked eye from a distance that a horrible job was done. Instead he stood by his work and said "I don't have those crystals so I put the ones I had, no one has those crystals. " I was baffled at his response and his lack of professionalism. I argued that if he didnt have it then he shouldn't have done the work or accepted when I specifically had asked if he had the pieces to do it. Long story short - this guy held on to my jewelry and would not give it back until I paid him. He charged me 40 dollars to glue on 8 stones that I had saved that fell off a pair of earrings (which btw he had put so much glue you could barely see the crystals)and to put on 3 "crystals" on a swarowiski crystal bracelet I had gotten as gift which he ruined. I ended up going to another jeweler to see if he could fix what I had already paid someone to do and he told me that it was unfixable now because the previous guy had bent the metals that held the crystal so he could put his smaller fake crystal on so much that if he were to try to take it out, he would break it. Please, please, please do not go to "The Jewerlers Workbench" or you will regret it! I honestely dont know how he is still in business! He has the guts to call something that a 5 year old could've done better themselves...

Once I got to the store met Ralphie (owner?) who quoted $100 for battery and capacitor replacement or, if just battery, less than $50. Since I was there, I asked him to size a brand new $25K watch. A simple pin and collar link change. Within 30 seconds he completed the sizing, I dropped off my G-Shock and went home.
Once I got home I realize he destroyed the pin, lost the collar, and scratched up the sides of the links so I immediately called in to let him know. The entire time on the phone he claimed that the parts were "fine" and that it is common to have scratches and damages to the links when sizing them. I was spechless at the total carelessness and complete ignorance for his own profession. I told him we will speak about it when I am in store to pick up my other watch, being cautious so he does not sabotage the one in repair.
A week later I came back to pick up the G-Shock and told him why I was upset. He tried to blame me for being picky and wasting his time. I knew then I couldn't trust this guy with my $20 casio let alone this.
Upset, I asked for a refund on the link sizing service since it was unacceptable that he even charged me money knowing what he did -- I didn't have the heart to demand compensation for damages on the watch. I then checked out for my G-shock repair. Once completed I asked for an itemized receipt of the parts ordered for future reference. In which the guy said he "lost" it and said that the only part he ended up ordering was a battery, not the capacitor in which he quoted originally even though he charged me repair for both parts. In the end I found out I paid $100 for a simple battery exchange even though I was quoted $50 if no other parts were needed.
Both interaction/service proves to me that not only does the owner lacks integrity and professionalism, he is utterty and criminally deceitful and should be avoided at all cost.
If anyone is experiencing the same fraudulent charges when they shop here I hope they will take it straight to law enforcement...

On 8/6/22, I brought a brand new (worn once on wedding day) Bulova watch in for a battery replacement. Worker who was there quoted us $35 to replace battery and said it’d take 15 mins to replace. Long story short, we were there for over an hour waiting because the worker there was not able to replace the battery. Instead he damaged the watch mechanics on the inside (Hands of the watch moved with no issues before we gave it to him then was returned to us without being able to move the hands at all). The outer appearance of the watch which was flawless was returned to us with dents and scratches from his attempts at getting the back to open. Instead of just telling us he was having difficulty opening the watch, he damaged it so badly (but he didn’t care it’s not his expensive watch anyway). We arrived to this place with a flawless, mint condition watch that had a dead battery and left with a damaged, scratched and dented watch, with not only a dead battery but now the movement mechanics were no longer worker. We should have gone to our jeweler first and the worse part is they don’t care. They didn’t care the day we were there or the day I sent an email to avoid this bad review. Don’t go here unless you don’t care for...
