Honestly, I was going to bring my daughter to a tattoo shopbto get her ears pierced, but this place seemed to have good reviews. Apparently I should have done better research.The piercer was nice enough, but she absolutely over charged me. First, she only gave us an option to choose gold starter studs, which was the more expensive option. And they advertised you could get a second set for 75% off, but they then said the second pair had to be less than the first (which makes no sense. Any place I have ever went to just discounted the lower priced item??). Again, only showing my daughter the gold options (the silver options cost much less). They advertise the piercing is free. Fine, so the first pair of earrings was $110. The second pair was $70. 75% of $70 is $52.50. Meaning the second pair was $17.50. So explain to me how I was charged $172.50?? The total should have been $127.50!! They overcharged me $45. I should have checked the receipt more closely, at the time, but my daughter was happy and excited about finally getting her ears pierced. So I did not read the receipt closely until I got home. There is a $30 charge for 1 yr JPP. Whatever that is?? And a charge for the ear spray. They NEVER told me they were charging me $15 for that. I chatted with your customer service, and they could not explain the $30 charge, all they could do was tell me to go back to the store. They were absolutely no help, and completely useless. I am attaching pictures of the receipt. Now I am going to have to dispute this with my bank. I will also file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC, as this company blatantly and fraudently charged me $45. I would have purchased the spray. The point is I was never asked nor informed about it. Read moreWent in today completely upset about an experience I had at another banter store which left me disgusted with the way I was treated. At first I was hesitant but I really needed help. I am so glad I went to this store because my experience was the complete opposite. The girl that was helping me I believe her name was Denise. She was so kind and helpful and I think was a manager because she kept having to stop and help the other employees but she never made me feel like she wasn’t giving me her full attention. Not only was she able to look in the computer and answer the warranty questions I had with out my receipt, but she was also able to help me change my perception of the company. I even left with some new earrings ! I will be taking the 30 minute drive from now on just to do business with this...
