Lots of styles to pick from. Price is reasonable, for most of the clothing. However, lacking in good customer service. After waiting a while at the front check out counter, I had to track down one of the floor workers. He said that I had to check out at the side counter. No signage saying this, nor did the girl cashier at the side counter even acklowledge me. While in the process of checking out, I told her that I had been waiting to check out for some time at that other counter, she said she was helping another customer. Ok, yes, but that customer had come in after I had already been standing there waiting. What happened to letting me know I needed to check out at her counter. I recieved no apology, no nothing, just what I owed. This really made my experience there a negative one, not sure if I want to go back there. Plenty of other places with better customer...

Great selection. Good prices. Friendly service but this is obviously a popular place and the lines to the registers were a bit daunting. But selection and price makes it worth the wait. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of staffing/service this day. The store and selection is LARGE (about the size of a TJ Maxx) and only five staff members on hand (2 for the front registers, 1 for the transfer service, and only 2 covering the floor) and needed about 7+ for the amount of traffic and necessary work. They have a counter/work area dedicated to handling on-site transfers. We waited in that line, but also watched the gentleman work and could tell he strives to provide a quality-looking end-product. HOWEVER, they were 2 days out on their waiting list. Yikes! Unfortunately we could not wait, as we were traveling, but will definitely return to this store next time we are...

Let’s just call it what it is. Affordable clothing, fair sneaker selection. If your living on a tight budget and want to still look stylish, want your kids to be in band clothing (not the most updated). If you are about to go to a gathering or the club, can’t find anything to wear and need a shirt or some pants or just a quick put together outfit for a reasonable price ? This is the store for you. I got here every time I get a nice new fit and I have something missing so maybe a pair of jeans or I need a hat or a shirt to finish the job. I have never had an issue with customer service. If I need to exchange or return something (which I never had to) they always provide a receipt.
