Neighborhood Market — Local services in Salem

This store has been open for about 1 year. We live within walking distance and purchase soda, beer, and (believe it or not!) sometimes junk food. The cashiers used to be a mother and son, very polite and friendly. Most recently, the owners (i think) have been operating the store and are not friendly or versatile in English at all. Now the cashiers surely want to take our money, but they don't want to take our clean and counted cans and bottles back. I have also recently learned that this store sells drug paraphernalia. I'm contacting the City of Salem to see if this is legal. Whether the operators are American or not, this type of store in our neighborhood is not needed. It smells very odd in there, and they're promoting drug use. I'm no longer spending one...

Edited to add photos, meth pipes are on sale and they have a ton to choose from yet the weed bongs cost way more. The owner treats there employees horrible. The owners over charge for most items in the store while at the same time not fixing there drive ways. They own 2 teslas and are selfish greedy people who got a break to own this business yet are giving nothing back to...
