I will never again buy anything from here ever again I had maid a catering order of 2 traces of carnival w/rice and beans for my daughters sweet 16 and omg what a nightmare no tortillas but was told it came with tortilla makes no sense, the cake started to fall forward i had to put a tray to hold it together and put the table close to the wall so my cake wouldn't come apart plus fruit had like a old taste and es time was going by the cake was fallingmore and more after time. By the way u can see i tried to cover the falling cake with the flowers and cup cakes i had bought so upset.In the picture you guys can see where the cake is starting to lift up and still. I was told that I was not gonna get any of my money back. I will never shop here again. They don't care about it when they make mistakes, so much for good costumer service. Workers are also rude and have horrible communication specially customer services. Last year they acted like I was trying to steal when just had both 10lb of masa this is my last time i will never be going back...

I was really excited to have this in town. I'm from Phoenix, AZ and figured it would make me feel more at home. The customer service here was so bad that I ended up leaving. I waited in a line for over twenty minutes and was never helped. The staff attended to customers that were behind me in line. When a lady behind me was told that they would help her, she pointed out that I had been waiting before her. The lady behind the counter said "she can wait" and continued to help other customers who hadn't been in line for more than two minutes. The employee was hateful when speaking about certain customers and assumed that I couldn't understand her when she was speaking in Spanish. I was getting new tires on my RV at discount tire. They recommend this place. I am happy they did. When I went in I thought “this is just a supermarket”, but I ask a cashire where is the restaurant. He stopped what he was doing, taking me over to it. The 1st person who waited on me didn’t speak English (that’s a real Mexican restaurant 😀), so they got me someone else. Staff helped me make a great choice. My meal was outstanding…. good quality and large quantity. I had plenty for a meal later that night.
