My husband and I had shopped at WC for all of our vaping needs and, for the most part, they had been very helpful and offered a wide selection of juices, coils, mods, and tanks. However, the past two times we have visited the new location, the person behind the counter ended up wasting my husband's money. When we first went, he asked for two coils for his Valyrian. We didn't realize until we got home that she had given him coils for the Valyrian 2 instead. Due to WC's no-refund policy, we were stuck with coils that we could not use due to the employee's error. While this was incredibly frustrating and wasted our money, we chalked it up to simple human error and let it be. However, just the other day, my husband went back to the same store and tried to get the right coils. They gave him the wrong coils AGAIN, even after he had explained the situation. The mistakes of the employee have now cost us over $30, and we still do not have the correct coils. This is not the first time that an employee of WC has had an error that caused us to be unsatisfied with the service we received, but this error was notable enough for me to feel the need to write a review. I recently visited this store. I purchased a new vape, juice, and a box of coils. I had never used this vape before, and it came with two different types of coils. I purchased the ones that I thought I would like. After trying the second coil I realized that I like that one better. I went in the store today to see if I could exchange this brand new five pack box of coils unopened never used for the coils that I would like to have. I was told by the employee that they do not do exchanges. Now I can understand if this is for a different type of item. Such as a vape. Or a bottle of juice. But this is a prepackaged hermetically sealed unopened box of coils. I really thought I had found a new, reliable customer friendly, vape store. But I guess I have not. Very disappointed that I was not told at my initial purchase that there are no refunds or exchanges. Otherwise I would have held off and not bought an entire box of coils without trying both...

ETA: The new store manager, Nicholas, he is awesome! He looks out for his customer and his employees! Sarah was super helpful today and she said that Nicholas is just as good to her and her co-workers as he is to his customers!!! He goes above and beyond. He spent the better part of an hour trying to help me find a vape juice I would like. He is awesome and I am super happy that he became this stores manager!
