There's a bit of a wait, but that's because they just opened February 1st. So bring your patience with you for the line. I had the cappuccino and the coffee was very tasty. The iced Matcha was also great, not sickening sweet like some places. You can really taste the green tea and it's fantastic. We also had the avocado toast which was good as well. It's on a brioche bun that's light and fluffy with a little bit of sweetness (exactly how a brioche should be). A little sprinkle of salt cuts the sweetness if you need to adjust the taste. The customer service was golden. We had accidentally received an iced horchata instead of an iced matcha, and they replaced it right away. The atmosphere is really cute. I love the style they were able to incorporate into the space. The chairs were also surprisingly comfortable to sit in. I think once the crowds calm down this will be a fantastic place to visit...

I really wanted to love Con Azúcar Café because it's Mexican owned, but it was a complete disappointment. The vibe inside is awesome, but the actual coffee is awful and the wait time is ridiculous. I ordered 2 cafe lattes, and the coffee tasted nasty and had a burnt smell. It wasn't even an actual latte, which any basic coffee shop should know how to make. The milk was not steamed. It seemed was more like a champurrado. The guy who was making the coffee clearly has no experience as a barista. They all looked lost and moved so slowly even when they saw people leaving because of the wait time. There were 3 people in front of me, and it took 30 minutes for me to get my drinks. I’ve been here numerous times and every single time, Alissa took good care of me and made sure I liked my drink! She gives great recommendations and not only does she know how to make a delicious latte, but is also so kind, generous and sweet!
