Macy's — Local services in Salinas

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the incredible service I received from Jacob at Store 363 in Salinas, CA. I am in Massachusetts and had a desperate situation. My daughter is getting married soon and we needed a specific suit jacket to complete the wedding party attire. That jacket is sold out on line in the needed size and was only showing available in 4 Macy's stores across the country (with only 1 in each of those stores).

The NY stores don't ever answer their phones. The one in Manassas, VA was hard to reach and the woman I finally spoke with was less than interested, then said they'd call me back and never did. I was stressed out, worried and feeling defeated when I called the Salinas store. I didn't expect much, but instead, I was pleasantly surprised.

My call was answered promptly and after a brief hold Jacob was the kind soul who came on the line to help me. He patiently went through the details with me about the Hilfiger suit jacket, and then went and found the only one in the correct size. He confirmed everything, took all my information to place the order, and confirmed it all again. It should arrive in a week or so. Got the greatest deals for myself & my hubby & son. Clean store & organized. In mens & ladies wear the customer service was awesome. But I knocked a star off for the horrible customer service in men's fragrances. I was looking for a particular one that caught my eye, 2 employees were on the other side just completely ignoring boring me. I was so annoyed. I smelled the samples but I wanted to know pricing. After about 15 minutes my husband finished in menswear, paid & met me there, asked if I found anything, i said ya but NO SERVICE! So the 2 employees did not hear me but finished their conversation & one briskly walked by, so we were leaving the store when the other seen that we smelled 1 more & asked if she could help, i explained i wanted pricing & the style of scents i was looking for my husband she said oh ok. I have one at the next counter, I asked if we should follow, she said no she would be right back, we waited about 5-8 minutes then started walking out of the store she saw us leaving & ran after us. Gave us a sample on those little papers, I said thank you & left. Terrible customer service without apology. Went to J.C. Penny & purchased what I wanted. Located in the Northwest side of the Northridge Mall this Macy's has a great boutique and high-end clothes affordable too many budgets. Also a great selection for infant toddlers and babies. Home and kitchen supplies are limited but high quality. You can find cookingware, foot wear , jewelry and make up.

A potential mortgage board of great fragrances cologne and perfumes for both men and women. Undergarments and lingerie. Suits and casual wear. . There are also holiday and seasonal toys.

Many including myself consider this store somewhat expensive but there are many good deals and discounts and you don't have to go far to find what you're looking for. Water available just in case you get thirsty. The style is of closing you can find here is targeted more to adults and casual business. Great selection of Adidas and the Nike activewear.

Men women and staff at this store are well groomed look presentable and are willing to help you and treat you with respect no matter your economic background.
