Not a place I would go to dine in at often. The place isn't very clean, especially the restrooms. Most of the employees there look shady and not very clean, either. I saw one of the cooks grab fries with his bare hands to toss into the frying basket just after touching his hair and cap. No hair net, no gloves... Not very sanitary if your dealing with food. The thing that kept me from saying something was that it was before being put into the fryer. The other cook was wearing gloves. Three of the four servers and cashiers looked dirty as well, like they had not taken a shower in days (greasy and messy hair, unproperly/untidy worn clothing...) and they looked a little off (stoned, maybe?). But my son said the burger tasted great and I had the deep fried burrito so I was not hesitant to eat, isso really good, so that's why I rate it 3-stars Ć© not lower, but I won't be visiting often and whenever I do go, I'll be watching them prep and cook my food from start to finish......
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI havenāt eaten here in years, but remembered it fondly as tasty and fresh. Iāll chalk that up to nostalgia I suppose, because my wife and I decided to eat here for lunch today, and we were both terribly disappointed. The cashier had a bad attitude and was impatient even though we were the only ones waiting to order. I had the fried chicken sandwich, my wife had the fish filet sandwich, and we shared onion rings. The chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best, her fish sandwich was cold all the way through and the onion rings were falling apart because they were so grease soaked. The dipping sauce was the only source of flavor in the whole meal, aside from the aftertaste of the food which is like licking a griddle that hasnāt been cleaned in a decade. The worst part is we actually paid almost $30 for this junk. We will never eat Fosters again. Save yourself and eat at Whiteys Burger truck behind Luckyās on the south side. Iām going to go rinse with...
