Incredibly disappointed with my experience this will be my second time being blatantly, turned away to get my fishing reel re-spoiled in the store. The first time I went in I was told thereās no one here to help you today so you canāt get it done. I apologize for the inconvenience. The kid was new so I didnāt take it personally though I was in the store for roughly 45 minutes before anyone even came back to speak with me about it a complete waste of time. Now today we walked in, and the girl that usually is at the fishing counter was in the front we got in line and waited maybe five minutes got up to her let her know what we needed done and she said nope sorry I canāt help you. There is no one to take over my position so I cannot leave the front counter to assist you. She was very blunt about it not necessarily rude, but not professional , I have come to the conclusion that there is no one in the store that can even leave her for a break. If she is the only person that can work the front counter, which is what she said I do believe by California state law there must be someone else scheduled to give her a break I think the company is severely lacking and they will get in trouble. If this kind of management continues in the store this is not the kind of store that you need to have your staffing in disarray. I am disappointed and will not be returning due to being turned away two times so that was the company missing out on roughly $60 in profit and potentially $150-$300 that I was considering spending on a new reel for my pole if I was the manager of the store, I would get things under control before I start losing money and...

Youāre better off driving a few hours to somewhere that understands how to run a business rather than wait 2 hours to be able to look at the guns and then wait another 2-4 hours when you go to pickup. What a joke! When I arrived to pick up my already purchased guns they were on number 55, 1.5 hours later they were on 63, 2.5 hours later on number 66, with 3 guys working behind the counter! I waited over 3 hours (listening to a group of employees laughing in the break room) before they got to my number, which was only 20 past the number they were on when I arrived.
They need to have one employee dedicated to pickups and the other two can deal with all of the people who want to look at 20 guns and not purchase any. Their system is ridiculous. It is broke. They need to fix it. Either limit the amount of time each customer has with a sales representative and/or have one person dedicated to āreleasesā/pickups! The manager, Brandon (who was hiding in the back the whole 4 hours I was there waiting to pickup) isnāt any better than the sales people. He said, āif you donāt want to wait you can go somewhere else, all of the employees are new.ā Really? Sounds like an issue with management if you have that much turnover and you arenāt on the floor helping your team. I would have much rather gone somewhere else, unfortunately my purchase was already made. Donāt waste your time here....

He answered all my question and he really helped me to pick what i want for my my first firearm. ššššš for him i hope i remember his name (youngest guy w/ glasses) Its time for pick up, went in and felt to this (tall young guy w/ curly hair) ZERO STAR. I dont deal with a costumer at my job but im pretty sure dont treat a costumer that way. I felt like he is NOT happy doing his job. He showed me the S# to match the paperwork and have me signed pretty much. Got home and check the my gun and the front sight is missing. Not really sure what happened. I turned around went back and told the guy at the door and it happened to be the District manager David Skelly. He apologized for the inconvenience and he told me that he will go get the missing front sight for my gun from the other store and he will call me the next day or two. Sure thing the 2nd day i received a voice mail from Mr David Skelly that he got the front sight for my gun. He said that i can come over anytime and i dont need to wait on the line. Us soon us get out from my truck he approached welcome me and took care the business in less than 15 minutes. šššššand on my way out he gave me 2pack of free ammo.
