I've was a customer for over a year, and I would like to share my experience. At first, I just needed an item or two to be more comfortable working from home because of covid. One thing became two and then three and so on. I can admit that at first, I forgot to pass by the store or give them a call to make my payments, but I was so surprised at how professional they were when they called me for a friendly reminder and asked if I have any issues with the items. Which by the way, I only had one, and they sent someone to check it out and replaced it in no time. I don't know who I speak to from time to time, but they are eager to help me find a solution with whatever the call was about. I may have spoken to the manager on different occasions, which I never needed to, but it did not matter because I got the same level of help and friendliness as everyone else.
