Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Salisbury

Our order for VBS of 11 cheese pizzas and 11 pepperoni pizzas was placed at 2 pm and was to be ready for pickup at 6:15.

We arrived at the pickup time and waited for 45 minutes. We were going to be late so they asked if they could give us 12 pepperoni pizzas and 10 cheese, which was fine at that point because we had to leave to have the pizzas to the church for the children.

During the 45 minutes we waited, I observed that the 2 people that were working were very lazy. As customers came in to place orders, they turned them away, refusing to fill their orders. The cook was not cooking or filling the orders of those waiting for food, instead he relaxed against the counter flirting with female customers who stated that they were in middle school. There was absolutely NO customer service. No greeting, no trying to help, only stating what they could not do without offering what they could do. One customer who had placed his order ahead of time and waited for an hour, asked to cancel his order and get his money back. He was told that he would have to wait for a refund, because they were too busy. Then they told him his order was in the oven, so he said, "Well, I've already waited an hour, I guess I can wait another 5 minutes."

It was just a very unfortunate experience. I can't imagine how they can stay open if this was a normal day. The young lady that was working behind the counter told one of the customers that "it is always like...

I bought an ultimate Supreme a Pepperoni and a cheese Pizza 2 orders of garlic parm wings $40 and change. I was the only person in the building for about 10 minutes. The young lady told me it would be 10-15 minutes. It took 39 minutes. Other people came in and placed orders. Call in orders came in and picked up their food understandably. But, one of the guys that placed an order 3 people behind me, got an ultimate Supreme and a pepperoni pizza and walk out with his order before me. We are not the same color , he and the young man are the same color. The young man gave him fresh hot pizza while mine was sitting on the counter and I was told it was because my cheese pizza had just come up. No, not good enough for me. If he was waiting for my cheese pizza which is the simplest to make, why didn't he serve the white man the ones that were already ready? This is a horrible thing to experience. There were other white men inside who agreed with me! It was dirty and it was wrong. I will never give my money to a company that would do this to anyone, ever again. I think it was a race move. I spent well over what that man spent and left with cold pizza because a white man seemed more...

I should have complained to the manager on site but I wasn't sure if there was a manager on site. I have gone here before and had a great service but this time around was not pleasant at all. First, when I walked in, the girl who took my order didn't even say hello or didn't even ask for my name. She didn't even ask if this was a pickup or a to go. She just stared at me. When I placed my order for two large pepperoni thin crusts, I was told it would be 6 minutes. After 5 minutes the girl who took my order left the store leaving 2 girls in the back to recover. After waiting 15 minutes and was asked 4 different times what I was waiting for, one girl said "ohh, we didn't get your ticket. We didn't know what you ordered". Umm hello!! Seriously? After another minute of waiting one of the girls just gave me two pepperoni pizzas they had under their counter. Lucky me, the pizzas were hot and they were pepperoni thin crusts.
