My Iphone 6plus screen completely stopped working last month so i took it to the ATT store on north 13 to see what they could do for me. Within about 1 minute the employee tries a soft reset (by holding down the power and home button, even though i specifically said the home button has not worked for a long time) and says to me "looks like there's nothing we can do you're going to have to buy a new phone" i went to the wireless store the next day and it took the manager Usef less than 10 minutes to figure out what the problem was and completely replace my broken screen with a new one. my phone has worked perfect since. moral of the story is At&t and Verizon just want to squeeze the most money out of you as possible.
