Called in order for a large pineapple/banana pepper pizza. Picked it up realized it was pepperoni/banana pepper. Went back asked for them to remake it with the correct toppings. They did and waited 15 extra minutes. Get home first bite awful. Dough isn’t cooked all the way. Cheese isn’t cooked all the way. And all the “toppings” are buried under the cheese. The whole thing was terrible. Called them to explain what I just said ^ and asked for a refund. The lady said she’d go talk to somebody then comes back to the phone and tells me if we haven’t eaten any of the pizza we can bring it back for a refund. I told her we already tried it cause how are we supposed to know it’s terrible. Also not driving back after I just waited for a second pizza. It’s dinner time! Terrible customer service the only reason I’m leaving this review is so you guys know not to get your pizza from here and I hope the manager sees this cause they didn’t want to talk to me...

Ordered delivery at 10:00pm. Representative (who I now know was the owner's son) said 25-30 minutes. 10:52, still no food, so I called back to check, and rep said driver left 5 minutes ago. I am 6 minutes away. 11:28, still nothing. I tried calling back several times, and they wouldn't answer. Driver finally showed up and said he had JUST picked up the food from the restaurant. Tried calling restaurant while driver was there -- no answer. Driver said this type of stuff is happening a lot lately.
Most recent posted menu says food should have been $19. It was $28.

The person who answer the phone is rude. I asked him ( I think his name was Huge)for plates and he said he cannot give me plates because my order already left ( after he told me it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait)( it was only 30 minutes since I called and ordered). I call and order food from here all the time( 4x-5x a week) and I always order plates with my order. so I don’t think I will be ordering from here anymore. And I will be canceling my order they do not value their costumers and as a paying patron, I will not tolerate not being valued from a local family own pizza restaurant that I support..they just lost a good...
