I purchased an engagement ring from Matt over a decade ago. For our 10th anniversary and my wife's birthday, I wanted to get her a new ring. I sent Matt a few photos of what she likes, and he just took it from there. He was great about walking me through the whole process, offering design tips and suggesting things that would hold up best over time. I even threw a last-minute request for earrings at him. He was totally prepared for the addition, almost like he knew it was coming! My wife absolutely loves the ring and earrings. She hasn't stopped showing them off. I wish I could give negative stars. Unprofessional, condescending and rude. I took in a white gold ring to get resized. Matt’s work was less than perfect, and would not admit fault. One side of the ring is completely uneven, looks dented and chipped. It is no longer square or even. He tried to tell me this was from previous wear and he “never touched that part of the ring”. The ring had never been worn before, so how would it be from wear and tear? Would not give me a refund without taking out his .000005 of white gold he put into it. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.
