I love the food and because I can’t do spice, I love that they offer the # 1 sauce. I was going to give it a 3 star because the cashier was rude the other day. Breathing really hard when I’d ask a question and acting so irritated because I didn’t know the menu. I asked him if he was ok but he continued to talk louder over me. Bad attitude and the tables and chairs needed to be wiped down and floors needed to be swept. Paolo, one of the employees helped my friend & I decide what to eat, it was our first time here.
My friend and I ordered the K-dawg, Mando, ugly bop, ocupbup & we finished it in one sitting no breaks, super delicious
PROS the Korean food here is super rich in flavors textures of depth when preparing food atmosphere is very friendly staff members are really kind & nice in a parking lot
CONS NONE COME DOWN HERE NOW NO EXCUSES

Also, they ran out of the thing I ordered and didn't tell me until I got there. In-person, they will take 20+min to make your food. For some reason, they think adding 2-3 free potstickers will make up for the extra 30 minutes of your time they wasted. The store is incredibly tiny and the workers aren't especially nice. Cupbop is always good. I would go to another location if...
