My friend and I ordered the K-dawg, Mando, ugly bop, ocupbup & we finished it in one sitting no breaks, super delicious PROS - the Korean food here is super rich in flavors - textures of depth when preparing food - atmosphere is very friendly - staff members are really kind & nice - in a parking lot CONS - NONE COME DOWN HERE NOW NO EXCUSES *** WILL BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE IF LIFE CYCLS BACK ***

I've been here several times and always get the same thing. I got the combo bop with the rock chicken and tofu with a Korean corn dog. The food itself is really good but I am disappointed in the amount of toppings I got. There are only 4 pieces of tofu and 4 pieces of chicken making it mostly rice and noodles. Hardly an cabbage either. I'm not sure if I ordered at a weird time but I was disappointing this time. Usually it's awesome. :( but I'm going to rate based on how it usually is- 4 stars

Kind of disappointed this time round. Staff was nice, but food was burnt, and portions were sad. The Mandoo and ugly chicken was ordered with extra protein, the chicken specifically, but only had 3 pieces. Usually the food here has been good, but a couple of times now we've been "burnt". Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I guess. I'll drive out of my way to go to another location here on out.

I love the food and because I can’t do spice, I love that they offer the # 1 sauce. I was going to give it a 3 star because the cashier was rude the other day. Breathing really hard when I’d ask a question and acting so irritated because I didn’t know the menu. I asked him if he was ok but he continued to talk louder over me. Bad attitude and the tables and chairs needed to be wiped down and floors needed to be swept. Anyways, I came back in the next day dreading what service Id get... but I was delightfully welcomed by a young lady with a big smile. Happy to see me. Her name was Elli, and because of her, I’m giving it a 5 star.

Try the combo with BBQ chicken, BBQ beef, and cabbage with #1 sauce and a side of teriyaki sauce if you can’t do spice like me. *I do wish the portions were a little bigger...

Honestly, the food here is low key fire. However, the service is ABSOLUTELY atrocious. Every time I have online ordered, the food is ready 30min+ late of the scheduled time. Also, they ran out of the thing I ordered and didn't tell me until I got there. In-person, they will take 20+min to make your food. For some reason, they think adding 2-3 free potstickers will make up for the extra 30 minutes of your time they wasted. The store is incredibly tiny and the workers aren't especially nice. Cupbop is always good. I would go to another location if...
