Just want to give a shout out to Jim at Industrial Supply. He was helping me at their very busy counter today, and down the way a bit there was a guy that was talking quite loudly, which wasnāt a big deal at first, but thenā¦. when he dropped the F bomb , Jim very politely ask the gentleman to please tone it down a little. That was impressive to me. Iām not saying that I was offended by the words the guys was using. Fact is, I probably have a much worse potty mouth than this guy does butā¦. this was definitely not the environment for it. It was obvious to me that Jim and the other folks behind the counter here take a lot of pride in what they do and where they work, and good customer service is still important to them. Everyone that was behind the counter greeted at some point during my visit. From the second I walked in, to the second that Jim said Thank you and I left.
