Read moreI have been coming to Pilates Studio 11 for almost 2 years now! Kate and Gosha and all the other instructors are amazing!! I had to take a break for a while for my knee’s ACL reconstruction surgery and when I rejoined, all the instructors were very considerate about my situation. I always received great advice for what exercises would work best for me. Their Pilates workouts have helped tremendously strengthen my body and core, with minimal impact on my knees!! There are many levels of their workouts, at different times during the day. The studio is not too crowded either, which lets all the instructors pay enough attention to each individual during the workouts. Joining this Pilates studio has done wonders for my physical strength and I definitely recommend it...
Read moreLove, love, love Pilates Studio 11! The instructors are knowledgeable and terrific. They're accommodating too; i.e., I have issues with my neck and a knee (an ACL problem that hasn't correctly resolved). When I'm unable to do certain movements, the instructors are understanding, and they provide modifications that I can easily do. Over the past few months, I have noticed a difference in my body. I feel more limber, agile, and strong. My feet - which started to ache a year or two ago when walking barefoot - have stopped hurting, and this is incredible to me. My husband encourages me to attend and is thrilled I discovered this particular Pilates studio. My major regret is that I didn't start attending Pilates Studio 11 earlier when we moved to Sammamish....
