Placed a 6 item online order the night before for pickup in store. They could not fill it and weren't helpful in store. The cashier at the front was far too busy on her phone to care at all that there was a customer concern. The "supervisor" came up, asked for my name and gave me an attitude after I ended up filling my own order. Then still had to wait for them to complete it on the their end. The excuse was we are too busy and it is spring break. Well, spring break wasn't a secret, so maybe perhaps they should have planned better and made staffing adjustments? Not the customer's problem. If you are going to offer a service, be sure you can fulfill it. The store was a disaster also, so shopping in it was an all around rough experience. Last time they will see me here! Read moreThe store is very hip and trendy towards the younger generation. The managet Karina is very nice and will help you with anything you might need in their store. I like that they have the candy you can bag yourself for 10¢ a piece! I get 20 of the longer tootsie rolls for $2. The checkout process is easy as well. In reality the main reason I really enjoy Five Below is the music. The music is second to none as far as a shoppers atmosphere for me and it really keeps you focused on relaxing and enjoying yourself. Thru have some really cool items as well, same prices as wish but you don't have to...
