I have alway enjoyed many visits to HomeGoods. The store is amazing and the personal have always been gracious. My aunt likewise is an avid customer of Homegoods. Last Thursday my aunt, 93, visited your store, she purchased several goods. Approaching the counter she checked out her merchandise. A lady in the next isle had a rather large purchase and was still checking out when she proceeded to leave. She realized she could not get through with the cart so she had to leave it at the end of the counter. The young cashier called my Aunt of 93 years to come back and take her cart to the other carts. My aunt turned around and replied with “that was a lot to ask” but did so, the best she could. I was appalled when my aunt told me about this incident. She did deserve to be treated in such...

I love HomeGoods! I do not live here in town so I have to make the 1.5 hour drive as this is the closest one to me. This store is always busy as its a favorite spot. They have a ton of items. The shelves are always packed (a little too much) so you get to spend a lot of time in here if you are hunting for something in particular. The staff is always super friendly. I recommend this...

Absolutely loved this store until I found out they just throw things away instead of donating to shelters, they destroy and throw away, clothes, food, bedding. All of which could be donated but they destroy them so no one can dumpster dive. They are actively doing it in the store right now at 12:17 pm on 1/7. So disgusting!
