Brisket: Hands down, one of the best briskets I've ever had. Tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked, every bite was bursting with flavor. The bark was just the right amount of crispy, and the meat was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. You can tell they take their time and use high-quality cuts – it’s absolutely worth every bite.

Mac and Cheese: This is comfort food at its finest. The mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and has the perfect balance of cheese that clings to every noodle. It’s indulgent without being overwhelming, and the creamy texture paired with just a hint of sharpness from the cheese makes it the perfect side dish to complement the smoky meat.

TLDR: Exceptional food and service! Place the order and get more mac n cheese than you think you’ll need! It’s that good! We ordered 3B BBQ for a graduation party and I’m sooo happy we did! I filled out the catering form online and the owner called me within a day to process and confirm my order. He walked me through ordering the right quantities for my party size and specialized some of my requests (like making the chicken halal). I paid online via Quickbooks.

Picking up my order was easy. The owner met me at my car, talked me thru my order, and then packed everything inside of the vehicle.

My guests LOVED the food! The bbq chicken and ribs were party favorites; people were lining up for seconds of mac n cheese before they’d finished their first plate! They use shells and even after warming up your plate in the microwave, it stays gooey and soft. Chef’s kiss! 10/10

I am sitting here shirt up rubbing my stomach because I'm so full from trying to stuff myself. This place is like a guilty pleasure. The meat is so juicy and tender. Full of flavor. The Mac and cheese was just absolutely delightful. I was wonderfully surprised at the portions we got. Sausages were a bit bland but was made so much better with the sauce. WHICH WAS HOMEMADE. I am still sitting here with two full plates of food that will last for at least three days. The drinks just tied it altogether. The red kool-aid is bussing but that strawberry lemonade is on another level. I can go on and on about how great they are but if I was Keith Lee I would rate them a 9.2 out of 10.
