By far the most unprofessional, rude, high-ego business I have ever interacted with. Reading reviews completely demonstrates the type of business they run. If I could rate this place a 0 I would... You can also see how unprofessional they are when it comes to replying to reviews of anything under 5 star ratings... and let's not mention how they review themselves. They also make people not important if you don't have an appointment with them. I understand many people have their preferences when shopping for your big day dress however I would like to say this is where memories start. These men do not care about you or any of that matter, all they care for is their "Vibe" and collecting money from you. I am certain there are people who are willing to pay JUST TO TRY ON ONE dress however one thing I did not appreciate is that these men are simply out for your money charging by the "Vibe" you give. I have read they charge $50, some people $70 some people $45 who knows at this point. Our experience was he gave us options for 1 dress or 3 dresses to try on. He ended up saying he would let us try on a dress for free however when we were getting ready to leave he said we had to pay him $60 for trying on 1 dress all because in his words "we backed out of the deals he first mentioned" again THEY ARE SIMPLY OUT FOR YOUR MONEY. Also, when he found out the salon we had chosen he mentioned he had recently hosted there and when asking if there was a photographer he stated "you guys want everything for free" this just shows that they don't help other small businesses around them. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this place EVER. Extremely disappointed. I was charged extra for their services of dressing the Quinceañera the day of her event. The day came and Ricardo didn’t show up. He didn’t answer my phone calls or texts. He sent the Petticoat to me through the mom that used it last. So he did know about my daughters event. Five days have passed and I have yet to hear from Them.

I had a feeling that they took on way too much because there place is small and they offer a great service, but from what I’m told by my friends they are always doing it at the last minute. My daughters dress took 6 months to arrive and I had to reschedule 2 photo shoots because I didn’t have it. I now know they always comforted me with “empty words and promises.”

Do NOT and I repeat do any dealings with these men. They make promises and dont committ to them. We got our dress two weeks late because first they were at a Funeral in Mexico. So there I was rushing to get my photographer to rush with my pictures and at the Time of pickup I waited a while meanwhile they were laughing and giggling with the person ahead of us. Secondly they promised to go dress my daughter day of her Sweet 16, that never happened. Ive called them two weeks in a row but they fail to answer my calls and ignore you. Anyhow I ended up at the seamstress there last week and was told they cancelled all appointments due to now attending a Wedding in Mexico. Its a small Owned business by two men who just dont seem to care. Im never dealing with them for ant business needs. Theyre very unprofessional and rude at not answering calls.
