We booked a tour with your company for September 7,2025 in San Antonio Texas. The tour was the San Antonio Premium City Tour for a total of $317.00 for the 2 people. This tour was the most disappointing and unprofessional tour we have ever been on. The tour guide showed up late because she couldn’t retrieve the tour van. It seems the keys were locked up in a parking garage. She picked us up in her personal car and drove us to the garage while she went and picked up the other members of the tour. We then waited over 40 minutes while she and a manager attempted to open the lock box. After several unsuccessful attempts they ordered an Uber to take us around. Our tour guide was pleasant but dressed in a T-shirt and scrubby jeans. She was obviously embarrassed by the events which were transpiring and kept apologizing. She indicated the tour company had recently been acquired by a Canadian company and the transition had not been smooth. While visiting one of the missions we saw your other company van. Our tour guide informed us they were filming a commercial and needed the van. Apparently, the commercial was more important then paying customers on this particular day. The tour guide informed us multiple times we would receive a...

We had a good time on our tour. Rene was knowledgeable and gave us interesting facts about San Antonio and its buildings and landmarks. He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one! The Americas Tower... Has amazing views, especially at night. I think I will have to try The Chart House on our next visit. It smelled so good and theis is a really cool place to have a nice dinner. The Tower was extremely busy though and took a very long time in lines to get back down. There was only one elevator being used to transport the large crowd. The River Cruise... This was so much fun. I loved it. We had a great tour/boat driver. She did a wonderful job filling us in on the history and sites we were seeing. Rene's driving tour... He was wonderful. He made our evening fun. He picked us up and delivered us back to our hotel as promised. He took us quite a few places I know I would not have seen let alone the history of what we were seeing. We enjoyed ourselves and will recommended your tour service to our friends and family when they visit San...

Our tour of San Antonio was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative, being a native of San Antonio. The tour of the Alamo was really interesting, as were the other missions, and the structures were just beautiful. The highlight of the tour, for us, was the Riverwalk boat ride! We have never seen anything like this and it was wonderful to have just our group of 7 people in the boat, all to ourselves. It's also really nice not to have to wait in the really long lines! The only downside was a bit of a language gap with the tour guide, so we missed some of the information he shared. You really had to pay close attention. It would have also been great to hear a bit more about the primary landmark buildings downtown, as we were driving. He did point out many things, but we also had to ask about a few things ourselves-but he knew the answers! All in all, a great 4 hour tour with a good tour guide who made it fun. ...

Alfred Sanchez (our tour guide) was nothing less than spectacular. His detailed and upbeat explanation of each location he took us was nothing less than stellar. The only knock I had and the reason towards giving 4 out of 5 stars was lack of food. We passed by so many food places and never got an opportunity to grab a bit to eat being the tour went into the later part of the evening when things were about to close. That should be a consideration next time is to offer a place where food can be purchased quickly and consumed while continuing with the tour. I will say there was an offering of drinks for the boat tour, but I don't drink soda or alcohol so it didn't work for me, and the offering was practically at the end of the tour. That would be another recommendation to make food and drink offerings at least an hour into the tour and the final hour in the tour.

The emails and communications between your company and us were done very well. Alfred our driver was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. His hospitality was beyond our expectations. The heat index that evening was 102. He got us drinks at one stop and at the River Walk tour he stood in line, that was so very long, so that we could find something to drink and a place to sit. The air condition van was very welcomed. Also the small personal group. Suggestion for the River Walk cruise, which again the line was ridiculously long. I would have thought that for the tour companies, that we pay extra for, would have a separate line. Mitch our tour boat captain was a hoot and made the night entertaining!! Great job!!! Please pass that on to Him. I would recommend your company and tour to everyone!! Vickie Holt
