Right, listen up! I called ahead, ordered to go, and what do I get when I arrive? Nothing’s even packaged yet! What’s the bloody point of a reservation? I'm paying top dollar for it.

Now, the barbacoa—credit where it’s due—was decent, but dry.

Tamale Quality Review: Taste? Not bad. Structure? Major fail. It broke apart like a soggy mess. Masa? Dry, crumbly disaster. Filling? There’s some meat, but barely enough to matter.

I returned to this place this second time because first visit and barbacoa was great. This second visit wasn't so great. Ordered a lb. of All meat barbacoa and Lg menudo. 1/4 of the weight was grease which grossed out my wife. The grease could have been easily stained before placing in styrofoam bowl.
