On a short notice or so I thought it was(1 month from the quinceñera) and after discovering the new trend I went in search of a Magic Mirror Photobooth for my daughter through IG, FB, and Yelp I kept coming across Shamai, I am a firm believer of reviews and they had great reviews in FB. Since my first contact with Patty I was impressed, her attention to customer service is above and beyond very friendly, attentive to detail, customer needs, and always answered my questions within a timely manner. After I decided to book (best decision ever)she immediately started working and sending me ideas for the print layout within a few days, very dedicated! With my approval she contacted the hall to ask some questions regarding the spacing, which I was uncertain about and she accommodated to it! Shamai Magic Mirror Booth was a huge hit at our wedding reception party! Paty was always quick to respond with communication leading up to the event, and fully customized our experience with our signature logos and designs. Absolutely amazing and innovative. They always have new props and take props according to your theme (if there is a theme).

Very professional staff, kind and attentive. They always answered any and all questions I had. They were courteous to me and my guests. Their organization was impecable, it was easy to choose which props I wanted to use. Pricing is also really accessible compared to other photo booths I’ve hired.
