Betty's Boutique — Local services in San Antonio

While looking for a quinceanera dress for my daughter, we came across this place Betty's Boutique. We walked in looking for the area where they kept the 15 dresses, out of no where a hispanic lady with dark straight hair, and with no manners at all came out. She didn't even give us a chance to ask, when she said to us, you all need to wait for someone to help you, then I asked ok.. can we look at the dresses while we wait for someone to help us, she said no we really don't want people touching the dresses, cause then they mess everything up, what were you looking for? she asked , I said do you all carry Mori Lee dresses? She said, no we don't carry that, I was like ok thank you. through all this she was holding a really bad attitude and rude manner. I'm not sure if this was the owner or not, but this kind of customer treatment is not good for any business. This is my second time here at this store. The first time we were looking for a wedding dress and the woman was very cold and we assumed she was just having an off day. We came back today because my daughter saw a dress in the window while we were quinceaniera dress shopping, so I thought I would give them another try. My daughter tried on one dress and when we told her that it wasn’t something we were going with, she pretty much told us she had nothing else in the store. We asked if she had any red dresses and she said she has nothing even though there were two on display. I understand that people come and try dresses and don’t buy them and it can be frustrating, but that is also the nature of the business. If she doesn’t want to be bothered by customers or give attention to them, they should just close their doors. Terrible service my dress was supposed to come in a week ago so we can do my photo shoot TOMMROW NOT MONDAY !!!😡 then the lady has the audacity to come and hug my mom and tell her not to stress out. When we are already behind on things and this just tops it off the fact the the lady when we first went was for positive the the dress would come on the 15th of July (a Sunday post office is closed) but no she was saying the 15th I know how this stuff works no worries.
