First let me say thank you God for this experience. I’m not going to say what I purchased but it was very well worth it. Life happened with me last night and I called them as soon as I got up this morning. April is her name who is very sweet by the way; made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish. We were texting at first and then she called me and I did the easy process over the phone and even though I was very skeptical about giving my information out over the phone some made me very comfortable with her. She asked me how I loved San Antonio so far and spilled my life to an unknown person over the phone. I was a bit on the uneasy side about calling them to get what I needed but I met three awesome people today. I got delivery the same day and let’s talk about that. I was sitting in my kitchen when I heard a knock at the door and I told my son to go check the door but I could see the door from my kitchen. He opened the door and all I saw was some black hair, black glasses with some type of symbol on the shirt as if it was the police knocking from my door camera. I looked at him so mean and he said I’m looking for Ms.@:$(&: and I saw a manilla folder under his arm and some type of gold patch like he was the police or some and I said who are you and he said I’m with Buddy’s my name is Andrew and I said oh why you dressed so professional like you the law or somebody. He was so sweet and down to earth. He came in explained everything and I said you don’t have help or nothing and he said oh yes he’s outside. He moved the old out the way and in came the new new lol. I hear another knock at the door and it was Nathaniel very tall and professional. He came in did what he had to do and as I’m talking to Andrew I notice Nathaniel over there in my affirmation mirror fixing his hair lol. I said get out my mirror fixing your hair and they both giggled. Loved them and they were on time short and tall and super professional and dressed very nice. This is my first time every hearing about Buddys from a family member after 2 of my TVs both broke within 2wks of each other. 1 just would turn bk on and the other tv’s screen just began to show colored lines without any reason. So when I first applied online I was contacted but missed the call and a few days passed and I finally listened to the message. It was from very friendly happy woman who immediately made me feel like I could trust her as I was unsure because of a bad experience with Aaron’s. That day I returned the call and had the pleasure of speaking with April and it was so refreshing to finally speak with a salesperson who was so happy to help me and very honest and literally helped me complete my order for the tv I needed. Most ppl say she went above and beyond to assist me. But being that I’ve always worked in customer service i understand it’s a demanding profession and I feel that every salesperson should follow her lead to make your customers feel valued, important and respected. Exactly how April made me feel. I cannot have said thank you enough yesterday. But today I am awaiting my the delivery of my new TV. So with that being said THANK YOU AGAIN MS. I just wanted to leave the most amazing review for the manager at Buddy's, his name is Andrew Pacheco, he is an amazing amazing manager he went out of his way to help me get set up with my computer even came to my house to set it up and even gave me an additional computer for a week just to make sure that I was logged in with both screens I needed, at no additional charge.
