Read moreThis What-A-Burger is not a credit to the chains name. Every single time I have eaten here, my order is completely wrong and the fries are either stale or so overcooked I could use them in a game of darts. And last time I ate at this location, I was served bad beef and got extremely sick. I notified corporate and the store manager called and just asked "did you go to the doctor?" I said I couldnt afford a doctor, but had food poisoning before in my life and I knew what it felt like. She said "Then we cant help you" and hung up. I wasnt asking for some massive amount of money or anything really... I wanted an apology and maybe a replacement of the food. Nothing. Nothing but complete disregard for the customers safety. I have spoken to numerous people who have all eaten there and they all get sick more often than not at this location. Avoid this location at all costs. Theres another location just a mile heading east on Military. Way better service and accuracy, PLUS they pay attention to the expiration...
Read moreThis is a good location. My food for served faster here than at other locations I frequent. I can't remember his name. Where on earth did I meet him?" Then I realized, no, that's just a very friendly manager. He didn't phone it in though. Beyond that, the food service was prompt. My order was fresh and correct. The restaurant was clean. When I was done eating, the manager even opened the door for me when I went to the restroom! 5⭐experience at this what-a-burger. I...
