I had loved the food and being the the first time I was a little nervous as I soon found out why. In that time waiting, as I noticed it was not very clear why the server had not washed her hands or sanitized or wore gloves. I seen her handle money, no hand wash or sanitize, , clearing up table, to cart scraping off plates and dirty utensils, and immediately she goes to screen to serve another order, no hand washing I had to get up and put an end to this. They have cameras and I'm sure they are going to edit it or remove this as I may report this to health dept. and if need be repeat this to sapd. Asked to speak with manager, explained that I do not agree with the management in this area, told the truth and server responded to me "I didn't touch the plate with my hands." Which I clearly saw. And I'm not the liar but cannot understand why the lies come to me in that way. I also warned others to see this as it happened. Manager did jump on the situation but unfortunately, I cannot go there again. my own choice I was not offered any redemption or seek it but I honestly may report this as I did last one and even made a police report of negligence. This is a time to be not only sanitize but be compliant in the health and welfare of food preparations and safety of customers as well, as I left that in the mind of this Manager. Did not get a apology as I thought that would have been appropriate, woman was wearing gloves after being corrected and after I voiced my valid concerns... Rude and not considerate, but was too late to show real attention in this matter. Oh and windex does not suffice in cleaning table tops. As I did notice. Managers, customers voice your concerns and do not be distracted by this either way you need to be safe regardless of neglegent and ignorance that comes your way. I pray that no one gets sick and infected from here. It's not a joke.. It's real. And so many that don't bless your food I would listen to this message it's Vital every time. Let God...

We had a long day at work and decided to order Chinese, I called in an order and asked nicely for fresh food because it was a little past 8 pm when I ordered and the China rose rep informed me with an attitude that it's always fresh, not the case usually, so my tired husband picks up the food and we have a late dinner with or daughter and when we open it up we realize the chicken is undercooked, the rice is undercooked, the Rangoon are under cooked, the soup is old and the chips are stale. We could not eat the food so I call and nicely thank them for trying to make it fresh but it was so undercooked that they defeated the purpose. We were ok with just eating a sandwich and waiting til the next day for them to just replace the food. They told me that they can only replace the food if I have the original receipt, I had the receipt that they stuck on the bag which was not the original but it did have my order on it with name date and time, they said they usually don't honor this receipt but THEY WILL DO ME A FAVOR THIS ONE TIME ONLY!!!! REALLLY?!?!? After the attitude from Joselyn the "supervisor" and them making me feel as if I am the inconvenience, I told them I don't want anymore food from them and I will never go back there. We love China rose and go there 3 or 4 times a month but after this bad customer service and no apology at allllll , we are not going back. we will no longer suggest this restaurant to our friends and family. This is not the first ,second ,third ,fourth, or fifth etc... Time we have had a bad order from them but I have worked in the fast food industry and know that not every order is going to be right! Been here exactly 4 times. It's never been great. But it's close to my house. It's only reason in have been here. Today was probably the last time I'll be coming here. I ordered orange chicken, 2 egg rolls, and a hot and sour soup. When the came ask the person that brought me the food if I can get 3 hot oils. She asked some lady filling the little containers with hot oil and she told her that it's 5 for a dollar. Really, hot oil has always been free as part of the meal, just like serracha sauce. It's a condiment. Anyways, the lady was nice enough to bring me 3 little containers of hot oil. I poured 2 into my soup and when I tasted it. The soup was cold. Not even warm. Food at that temperature is not safe to serve. It is not hot enough to kill bacteria. Food should be above °140. The danger zone is between 41° and °135. If I guessed, my soup was maybe at 70° to 80°. I requested my money back. They said they would replace the soup, I said no thank you, I don't want something extra in my soup that shouldn't be there. The manager was going to give me cash, I said I wanted it back on my card. She said she didn't know how to do that. I told her to void the transaction or going to contest the charges. All of a sudden she knew how to void a transaction real quick. Very disappointed. When I got on here I saw all the bad reviews they had. Wow. How are they in business? This place is really not a good place to come. I think I'm going to call the health board (Health inspector) to come and inspect this place.
