Four Nines — Local services in San Antonio

I was in the Bulverde Rd store in San Antonio, Tx yesterday to sell gold and jewelry. My first impression was how beautiful, bright and pristine looking the store is! It was a super hard and stress thing for me to do, but the Lord led me to the right place and the right people at Four Nines! I could not have found any better people to deal with than Aaron and Mary! They were both very professional, but very kind, compassionate and personable, as well. I was really struggling with making my decision about the sale and became very emotional. It was very embarrassing, but Aaron and Mary both encouraged me to think about it and be sure and even suggested I have a seat in the store and relax. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE at all, only patience and understanding. While I was experiencing an emotional breakdown over my decision, Mary brought me a cup of coffee and her soft, gentle manner helped to calm me down and be able to think more clearly. The Lord also sent another customer, who I feel was my angel, who blessed me and helped me make my decision. When I decided to sell, Aaron and Mary were very kind and professional and had absolutely no judgement for my unreasonable emotions I was experiencing. On top of all these blessings, they replaced the batteries in 2 watches I brought in for free! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Four Nines on Bulverde Rd! The team at Four Nines on Bulverde Road- Sabrina, Aaron, Ana and James are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Honest and personal service isn’t always easy to find- but this place rocks. But this isn’t your typical jewelry store. Four Nines deals in gold and silver, coins and bullion . There’s no other place like it in the San Antonio area that I have found. As for the jewelry, I stopped by to browse Ana and Aaron helped me find the right bracelet in my budget to add to my collection. Ana is very knowledgeable in fine jewelry and has a good eye for detail. She gave me some great ideas on adding gemstones to a ring I was gifted, so I will be returning. Beautiful store with a large selection of unique high quality jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, luxury watches, coins, gold and silver. I am fortunate that I was in the right place at the right time when I began looking for a place to sell some of my old jewelry. Four Nines was located just down the street after I searched for a location on Google. Upon entering, I was amazed at their inventory of jewelry and coins as I walked through the rows of inventory to speak with a store representative. I felt like the store personnel were professionals of the highest level, not only friendly but very informative, answering any and all questions I had about the process of selling my jewelry.
