I went through the drive-through and was greeted with a "I'll be right with you," and 4 cars pulled up behind me, no one in front of me. About 5 mins go by, I called out hello to the speaker, and she said a few more seconds. She came on about 30 seconds later, and I gave my order, I got the window as soon I paid, and I was told that 2 of the dishes I ordered would take 10 mins pull to the front. 16 minutes later, I walked inside, no greet, just a stare from one of the girls at the skillet. I began to speak to the girl at the to go and she smile and kind of nodded as to say sorry I'm too busy to help you, a guy walked up and asked if I was waiting for the family meal - I said yes he said it'll be a few more mintues. 9 minutes later, I get my food. At one point during my wait the Manager walks out from the back and I did heard the to go girl tell the manager that I have been waiting a while and told her my food order and the manager never apologized, offered me a drink, she didn't even acknowledged me. They were steady, not packed, or slammed. There were 6-7 employees working, there was no excuse for this, really. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service all the way around. If you are on a time scrunch, I would not pick this location. I have no complaints...

I am unable to eat broccoli for medical reasons and there was no “maybe” or pushback as to making me Super Greens without; the girl on the mic at drive thru even informed me that while they could and would make without broccoli, is it okay if the veggies are cooked in the same pan the SG with the broccoli gets cooked in?
As it was fine, I just can’t ingest it, they were prepared to make to order the SG; I wound up ordering another whole large side just to be sure it’d be worth their while - I was just hoping they’d give me what they had and pick around the broccoli, but this Panda really went the extra mile the Naco location refused to even consider.
As a bonus, my other household members said their two plate order of Orange Chicken and Chowmein they split was hot and tasty too.
I will never return to the Naco Panda as long as this one is open!
PS to the people complaining this location runs out of food; there IS still a shortage of either goods or transportation, and if this Panda is on the upswing from when service and portions were sloppy, it’s no wonder they may be out of things...
Read moreFood is ok - but three times now I’ve gotten home after going through the drive through and something was missing resulting me having to drive back. When I told them, they didn’t seem to care at all.
Then I was in the drive through and I asked for two plates of the same thing and an appetizer which they put in the plate sized box. I said “are there two plates in there?” she said yes. When I received the box, there was only two (should have been two plates + app) and I said “there was supposed to be two plates of the same” and someone at the window, RUDELY said “we don’t do add ons at the window, I’m not doing that”. I explained to her that I had ordered two plates and it wasn’t an add on, I have no idea who she was but she was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes and said “make sure you charge her for it” and walked away?
I was excited because this is on my way home from work on days where I am exhausted after working 14 hours but after many attempts, I give up. Horrible customer service, food is decent though most...
