Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

DON'T GO HERE! With all due respect they don't know how to work under professionally. I went there to order a late night snack and to my surprise the lady at the drive through started laughing at my accent, and when I drove up to pick up my order the lady told me that I need to learn how to speak proper English... I was shocked, however i kept my anger and EVEN apologized for giving her "problems" she just laughed! I though it couldn't get worse but then she said that she won't give me my order because they "don't have it" and just slammed her window shut! I had to knock on the window to ask for my money back (it was humiliating) and drove off. Now if they really didn't have the item on the menu then why not mention it when I first asked for it on the drive through speaker? Or even yet apologize and offer a different option instead. It was late at night it was only me and another car, there was no rush, but I guess they are just bored and decide to entertain themselves with customers. They are not professional and I have never written a review but I even created an account just to let others know of the service they offer here. Will not be going to that...

I love this Taco Bell, generally they get my order right and it doesn’t take long to get my food. Today however, I ordered on the app, took around 15 mins to drive to this location (the closer location to me sucks) and once I got there, I had to wait what felt like an additional 8-10 mins to actually get my food at the window. Thankfully the food was correct, hot, and tasty, but… this taco. Almost $6 for this skimpy, soggy, pile of mostly tortilla. :( I remember the cheesy Gordita crunches being filled with lots of lettuce and cheese at the least when I was younger. Those ingredients are so cheap! I don’t know if the workers were just rushing to get my order done and don’t care or if the franchise owner is stingy and instructing the workers to undercut customer’s food, but it’s not cool. I do love this location but an very disappointed by tonight’s experience.

Editing to add there was absolutely no one else in line at the drive-thru when I got there, not sure what their online ordering situation looked like but the wait was...

Even though there was an outrageously long drive through line when I went to this taco bell, they made my online order correct! That in itself is better than 90% of other restaurants here in San Antonio! It was a little frustrating having to wait in line for so long when I had already placed my order online, but that's not their fault really, that was more of the time if day I chose to get taco bell... it would be nice if fast food places could have a separate line for online orders like some sit down restaurants had (like chilli's and Applebee's used to have before covid lockdown). That would really help the people who already ordered and paid for their food get their food faster, but I don't imagine that happening any time soon... Anyways, they made my food right which was great! They weren't very nice at the drive through window, but I've come to expect that from this city... Everyone seems to have quite the bad...
