GameStop Military (Ft Sam) — Local services in San Antonio

The lady with black hair and lip piercings is so rude and annoying. I asked her a question and she responded mumbling so when I asked her to please repeat herself she just scoffed, turned around and left to the back room. I saw this exact thing happen with 2 other customers. I was then having a conversation with a male employee who was very nice and informative, but the whole time she was trying to talk to him saying “hey, hey, hey, I’m bored, I’m bored, I’m bored, I’m tired, I’m sleepy, I’m tired, I’m sleepy” I found that to be very inconsiderate and annoying since he was helping assist me. Horrible customer service. Bought the warranty for my Xbox Elite controller. This store does not honor the exchange for partial exchange. Foster, the supervisor or whoever she was, stated that in the 9 years she's been with GameStop, she's never seen a partial return for an Elite controller. We called customer service to verify this, and they said it is up to the store manager whether to accept it or not. Foster fostered a very horrible environment on a military facility. Stores off post accept the partial return servicemember or not, why wouldn't they on post? That is ridiculous. Already have a bad taste for GameStop as it is. Bought the warranty for the Xbox elite controller and now the store doesn't honor it because they want all the parts. I don't need the parts so they can keep the difference of the parts for the return. It is up to the store to allow that, this is a shame that this store is supposed to support troops and they treat us as if we are some shady people off the streets.
