To fully enjoy your experience, this particular Subway restaurant should not be compared to the average Subway chain restaurants because it lacks one key characteristic that has made me fall in love with Subway over the years - consistency! Although the food isn't badly made there are going to be times when you have to endure the learning curve of the revolving door of new employees. Since this is a military post, many military dependents come and go as employees here so the sandwich construct you get accustomed to one month may (or may not) be the same in the following months.
I find the employees are generally very nice and polite but there have been a couple instances where they were a little stingy with the vegetable ingredients. One time I was told I could be charged for the "extra" cucumbers when, I felt, the amount placed on the sandwich weren't up to par with what I'm used to getting from any other given Subway. I mean, are the vegetables coming out of the military fiscal year budget directly or what?!
All-in-all, once you get used to the slight differences this Subway offers, you'll be fine. Just be ready for the lunch stampede...

Piles all the veggies directly in the center of the sandwich everything and in have to pull it apart and fix it before I eat if. Doesn’t matter if subway is busy or dead. She still does it.
