The lady at the office who answers phones very disrespectful. When going to explain something to her, not to argue just to inform and maybe get some advice from a property management standpoint, i was called a liar for a traumatic experience i faced years ago and hung up on. This is after being told everything was fine and her switching up. Very nasty attitude, while i was mid sentence asking to speak to someone else she hung up in my face and rejected all my calls. Thought this was a nice friendly place to apply to but if this is who they have representing their company there is no loss in not renting with them. poor customer service.
