A Disappointing Experience

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. It’s absolutely absurd that a facility full of animals in captivity doesn’t allow pets. The irony was not lost on me, and it certainly took away from the overall experience.

To make matters worse, the staff treated me as if I were trying to smuggle something illegal. Their attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming, which only added to the frustration. It’s one thing to have strict policies, but another entirely to enforce them in a way that makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I would not recommend this place unless they make some serious changes to how they treat...
