This farmer's market does not have all of frills of markets such as the Pearl. Three vendors consistently bring the fruits of their labors to offer. In season fruits, melons and vegetables can be found at the market. One vendor sells meat and pecans as well. You can find Jarred jams, jellies, pickled veggies and salsas. Sometimes they will have fresh eggs. Another vendor has living herbs and plants. At different times other vendors will be in attendance expanding the selection. I’ve shopped this market for 10 yrs. The people who sell here are the nicest people ever. They are true growers. What they bring every week is truly the fruits of their labor. Really nice people. There were three tables set up when I went today. It was my first time but I'll definitely come back. Make sure you bring cash as I don't believe anyone takes cares.
