To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express a serious concern regarding an employee currently working at the Stone Oak Target locationāan individual named Elizabeth who is of African American decent.
I have been a loyal customer at this store for many years, but as of recently, I no longer feel safe or welcomeāespecially now that I am pregnant. My concern stems from both past and recent experiences with this employee.
I previously knew Elizabeth when she lived in the same residential community where I worked. During that time, she repeatedly exhibited aggressive and violent behavior. She was loud, confrontational, and openly threatened more than one person at our office. Most disturbingly, she stated she wanted to physically harm a full-term pregnant coworkerāwithout cause. Her words and actions at the time were volatile and frightening, particularly for someone in a customer-facing or public role.
Recently, I had a direct interaction with her at your Stone Oak store. Elizabeth was noticeably rude, dismissive, and dry in her tone with me, while appearing friendly and helpful to customers of different racial backgrounds. I observed her roll her eyes at me multiple times, and she made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The lack of professionalism and disparity in treatment was both hurtful and concerning. As someone who is Hispanic, it was hard not to notice the difference in how I was treated compared to others in the store.
As a pregnant woman, I should feel safe and respected in a store I have trusted for yearsābut that is no longer the case. I am extremely concerned that Target would employ someone with a known history of violent threats and discriminatory behavior. It is imperative that your team take this matter seriously and investigate thoroughly to ensure the safety and dignity of all guests and staff.
Thank you for your time and attention to this urgent...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was picking up a mini fridge for my classroom and this location was the only one who had it in stock which was 40 minutes away from me . I went in with my teenager nephews. I know we do not fit the description of the typical shopper there(Caucasian )we are Mexican . After we had purchased the mini fridge we were walking towards the exit and a Caucasian female security guard came running towards us from outside the exit doors asking where our receipt was while laying her hand on my basket. I kindly showed it to her . However her approach really threw me off as she ran towards me. I have never felt so small before in my life and felt judged because the way we look . When I typically go to Target in my area no one has ever asked to see my receipt . Thereās also cameras when you pay so why did no one think check to see that I had payed . Please do better Target , as a teacher and as a Latina we need to show kindness to other races and demographics other than the typical Caucasian person who...

I was purchasing a newly released book that wasnāt available for purchase until 2am. I stayed up till 2 am to ensure I was able to pick up the book in store the following morning. I was successful in getting my order in, but less than an hour after the store open, Target had the item out of stock for in-store pick up and shipping. After contacting support, the only options I was given was to wait for a notification that the item is in-stock again, and hope that happens before it auto-cancels my order. There is no purpose of ordering ahead of time for new releases with Target, as there is no guarantee you'll receive anything. They will make sure to charge your account though and sell the item to...
