Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery — Local services in San Antonio

So I normally don't leave bad reviews, and this isn't necessarily that because we didnt even get to taste the treats, but this location kind of left a bad taste in my mouth- no pun intended. We drove out here last night about 8:30ish from hwy 90/211 specifically wanting these cookies. Well when we walked in there were 3 associates in the back working. Took a several minutes for someone to even come to the front, and when the manager finally did, she informed us that it was going to be about 30 minutes before she could take our order as they were slammed with online orders. We mentioned we had just driven from close to Castroville and we just wanted 6 cookies. She said sorry, they were too busy to pause for 1-2 minutes to take a walk in order, and we'd have to wait about 30 minutes. We've had this happen at other dining facilities, and we always just leave. Its not good business to ignore walk ins for online orders, especially a very small order like ours. We understand business is busy and there's a "line". But there's no reason places can't work in walk-ins every other order, and we were literally the only people in there. Let me start off by saying that the prices I thought were going to be high but they're actually not bad pricing. The customer experience that you receive is nice and warm. They greet you with a smile and a hello. I got to meet the manager because this location is new. So far from what I've seen for my first time coming here it looks like they hired the right manager and they are on the right track. So disappointed on the staff they were down to one brownie in the case and I asked if they'd bring some out and I received a lame excuse that they're all have an edge. That wasn't what I was expecting as a customer I'd like to choose which brownie I'd prefer. Just shows lack of customer satisfaction and not aiming to please the customer. Keep your brownies then I'll happily go elsewhere or teach your staff that when asked their is a reason behind it.
