My experience was with David the Manger .David is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills.An doesn't know his own store policies. My husband was in the store the person in front of him card was declining . So my Husband paid for there diapers and our children diapers separately the cashier accidentally mixed up the receipts. He got the wrong size so when I tried to take them back 5/21/25 thats when we first notice receipts was mixed up. The cashier said she had to call her manger which was David .He said let him check and see what he could do .He came back saying he seen my husband on the video buy the diapers but without the receipt its nothing he could do . Even though store policy says exchanges and store credit for lost receipts. Me and my husband left .I called customer service.they said he was wrong and could have did the exchange . She also looked up my number and found the receipt we needed cause my husband typed in our number. So today 5/22/25 I went in with the receipt on my phone the cashier was helping me .David was in the photos area once he seen me David came over and interrupted the cashier that was starting the refund process loudly causing a commotion saying the cashier couldn't do any exchanges or returns for me .cause I dont have a receipt .I informed him I had it on my phone He got upset saying I know you called in on me yesterday then continued causing a commotion and aggravating me as well as intimidating me and embarrassing me while discriminating against me in front of the whole store .I asked David to stop harassing me an David told me dont worry im getting retained. I asked David to leave me alone and he kept trying argue with me and tell me I can't get a refund even with a receipt .the cashier gave me a refund for 1 pack of diapers Instead of two and David even told her after she gave me my cash that shes wrong and he has to talk to her.David has no business being in a management position with the behavior he displayed in front of customers just because he could and more importantly .I would hope Walgreens Dont want people behaving in the matter he did representing their company. As David continued to harass and discriminate against me he smiled .I come here all the time and shop never had no issues.this is Unacceptable and retaining won't help cause David is racist and doesn't respect...
Read moreI was absolutely shocked to have one of the employees who has steadfastly remained professional and courteous to customers anytime i seen her working give me such a difficult time. I informed her her card machine had already read approved to me, she said no it didnt...im elated other people besides myself can tell me what i read. So i reinsertsted my card. When i arrived home i checked my banking statement and to my amazement i unfortunately was correct and i did get double charged. I understand sometimes this happens and it should be a small simple situation to resolve. So i decided to call the store and inform the shift manager what had occurred and how they intended to fix the matter in a polite and professional manner of course. After a few minutes waiting on hold the shift manager came on the line with an immediate aggression in her tone and i tried explaining what happened and if i could come in tomorrow to resolve this overcharge. She wouldn't allow me to finish and just interrupting with such attitude informed me to talk to Mr. Montes tomorrow.....So this i will do and come back with an update....PS if u are looking for your friendly pharmacy with employees who are all about customer service and treating customers in an appreciative way, because after all we are spending our moneys, this might not be your first choice...plus side is open all the time....watch out for homeless outside constantly asking for money even though there is...
Read moreThis Walgreens is awful my husband had an appointment to get the booster shoot and I called that day multiple times (no one would answer) to confirm the appointment and the automatic recording said the pharmacy is closed that then I ask the lady over the phone so are they still giving out vaccines if the pharmacy is closed? “Oh the pharmacy is open I’m not sure why it keeps saying that yes they still are…fast forward to his appointment he goes in there and pharmacy isn’t open at all.. giving them a benefit of the doubt I tried going online and calling to get an appointment to get my 2nd booster today both online and the lady on the phone said I don’t need an appointment the appointments are only for people 50+ anyone 12-49 and Immune compromised can walk in and get it. I head up there and the lady told me all Walgreens you are required to have an appointment to get any of the vaccines (boosters including). I tried explaining it to her and she didn’t want to hear. Worst customer service in that pharmacy ever!!! That whole store/location lost my business I’m never going to that location ever. I would give it zero...
