Smoke Break Tobacco — Local services in San Bernardino

I just recently visited this place and i had to share my experience on here because of how rare good customer service is in this town. No one seems to care about others around them in this city. Its become a place where we just take from each other, ostracize one another and bad mouth our neighbors. Shop owners and works too. Either people who are jaded and disgruntled are hired or good workers seem simply fed up with the bad that sometimes happens to them in their businesses and what does that usually equate to? Bad customer service, attitudes, and the lack of repeat business and customers who are kind and enjoy a good shopping experience seeking a better place to go, which sad to say means a lot of potential cash flow in this city goes to nearby nicer communities. With that being said, i just happens to be driving by and randomly decided to enter the store for a couple items, one being new to me that i knew nothing about. The shorter girl working who i think had dark brown hair, shocked me with her kindness, can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for me consulting me in the best product that would be suitable for my situation. I am amazed at the quality of goods and services offered here and at the prices too. Thank you guys so much for smiling, being kind and reminding me that there are still good people out there. This shop also from what i heard and saw while i was there...literally cares about our community and us as customers. From now on im making this my go to store for smoke shop...

I usually have great service but lately when I go they are closed during business hours. I am there at least once a day. Lately i have gone and they are closed 3 out of 4 times in the last week. I have again been going back to the store and have noticed that when its closed its only during the time that the girl is working. Ben always is there when its open and hes great I love him and his wife they take good care of me. I know when they are not scheduled to work thats when the store is closed...

this is the spot to go to i love this place it has been my home smokeshop for 8 months now i jus bought a puff co for a amazing price they got all kinds of goodies and best part all there stuff is real and not fake and the dont sell oil burners cuz they wanna help the community me personally i love that and also love the fact they dont charge to run your card and the lottery tickets always hit this place has everything you need everything you need for your quartine needs come check out...
