You have got to be kidding me. Honestly , they pissed me off. I order three items. JUST THREE. One of them was a Siracha Curly Fry Burger . So when we get to the window , my mom is trying to make conversation with the older Mexican drive thru lady (who turns out is the manager🙄) and she’s legit ignoring her and made a face. Whatever right. When she gives us the food I ask is this it ? And she’s like yep and shuts the window. Whatever. We get home, AND THE BURGER IS MISSING. We only got two of the items. I stay home and my mom goes back and calls me and I tell the lady she forgot our CURLY FRY BURGER. She apologizes and gives my mom a burger. She gets home and I check it , ITS THE WRONG BURGER. HOWWWWW DO YOU MESS UP TWICEEEEE! The reason I don’t go personally is because it would not be pretty. My mom goes for the third time , and the manager is giving her attitude the whole time like it’s our fault they messed up. My mom checked the burger right then and there and left. Read moreAs I waited at the pick up window for the second time: I had to come back because the order was wrong, a homeless man calmly rolled his pipe of dope between his fingers taking a deep hit as he casually defecates squatting next to the window. He calmly stands up and wipes his behind as he struts passed the pick up window leaving the stench of his smell as the young employee awaits to tell me to park again with an attitude of "I was wrong."
I parked and the young employee eventually comes out to hand me my replacement and announces, "??Do you want to check your order before you leave??"
This happened this morning 10/09/2021 between 5:50 am and 6:10 am. I tried calling to have management deal with the new item being served at this location. .... No answer.
